Sun shining, waves crashing, gorgeous view and wonderful company. Thank you so much Yoga & Social for organising this lovely pop-up event at Waipu Cove this morning. Also thanks to the companies that provided the delicious goodies!
Moving, stretching, strengthening and balancing in the sun. Connecting with breath in a sea breeze. Blissful! The waves were calling louder than my voice could manage but nothing quite compares to being at one with nature.
