Yoga flow sequence sample

This peak yoga flow sequence is preceded by a slow warm-up, to exploring postures that support these movements, and followed by seated stretches and twists. The class begins and finishes in a supine position so that the body has a supportive foundation.

  • Giving attention to toes, ankles, soles of feet
  • Exploring the concept of groundedness versus spaciousness
  • Practising weight shifting which builds balance and stability
  • Feeling the difference between active versus passive stretching
